✅ Return & Refund Policy – Overvia LLC

Thank you for shopping with Overvia LLC. We aim to provide a seamless online experience and high-quality products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

🔁 Returns

Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging

  • Be returned within the allowed timeframe

⚠️ The following are non-returnable:

  • Health or hygiene-related items once opened

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items not returned in original condition

Timeframe:
You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.


How to Request a Return:

    with your order number and reason for return.


  2. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item using a trackable courier service.

📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

Inspection Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the result within 3 business days.

Approved Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer) within 7–10 business days after approval.

🛑 No refunds will be given for:

  • Used or damaged returned items

  • Late return requests (after 7 days)

  • Shipping fees (unless the item was defective or sent in error)

  • Exchanges depend on product availability

  • You are responsible for return and re-shipping costs

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the damage or defect

  • We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost
